Questions and answers
When will my tiffin be delivered?
We deliver every morning between 7 and 10 AM. Home delivery starts on 20 October.
How do I place an order?
Add items from the menu, enter your name, phone and address, then tap Send order on WhatsApp. Orders open at 6 PM the day before delivery.
Is home delivery free?
Yes. Delivery is free within 5 km of Mondikunta. If you are further away, message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm.
How do I pay?
Pay with the UPI QR on this page and send the payment screenshot on WhatsApp, or choose Pay on WhatsApp and we will share payment details in the chat. Cash on delivery is not available.
Do you have non-veg tiffins?
Yes. We have Chicken Keema Dosa, Egg Dosa, and Puri, Dosa or Vada with chicken. Use the Non-veg filter on the menu.
Can I use this site in Telugu?
